Description:
This course covers the most common causes of poor indoor air quality problems in homes in cold weather climates. Topics covered include, radon, biological contaminants, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, ultrafine particles. This course also covers signs of an indoor air quality problem in the home by with condensation, sooting, and pressure imbalances.

This course is approved for 2 continuing education credits in the State of Alaska for Residential Endorsement Contractors, 2 continuing education credits for Alaska Home Inspectors, and 2 hours of continuing education for National Association of Home Inspector (NAHI) members.
