This course is the first in a series of classes that introduce the student to the 2003 International Mechanical Code’s chapters.  This course covers general regulation and ventilation in chapters 3 and 4 of the 2003 IMC. 

Joist boring, appliance location and protection against damage, appliance access and ventilation are all addressed in this class.  Changes from the 2000 IMC to the 2003 IMC are highlighted to keep you current. This class is done in an easy to follow and understand format that allows you to take what you learn here and apply it directly to your job sites. 

 

This course is approved for 2 continuing education credits in the State of Alaska for Residential Endorsement Contractors, Home Inspectors, and 2 hours of continuing education mechanical credit for Mechanical Administrators.
