We are also now proud to offer a home warrant with every inspection! Beginning March 1, 2008 we are offering a limited warranty on all homes that we inspect for both buyer’s inspections and pre-listing/seller’s inspections! Every home inspection with us automatically comes with this limited warranty which is 90 days for home buyers and 120 days limited warranty for sellers.
90-Day Buyer’s Limited Warranty Program
Effective from the date of the home’s inspection for 90 days. If closing should occur outside the covered 90-day period the warranty will extend to 21 days following closing. No deductibles on mechanical or structural coverage!
120-Day Seller’s Limited Warranty
Effective from the date of the home’s inspection for 120 days, or sale, whichever occurs first. No deductibles on mechanical or structural coverage!
