Registering for the Classes
To register for Wisdom & Associates, Inc. Test Prep and Cold Climate class we require pre-registration.  Please download the application from this web site here and fill it out, you can either fax, mail, or e-mail this form to us, and please make sure there is a good contact number we can reach you at to arrange payment.  We will require a credit card for the full amount of your class(es) in order to guarantee and reserve your seat in the classes, however, we do not charge the credit card for the class until you have received written confirmation from Thompson Prometric that you are registered for the exam that corresponds with your classes.  This way if anything happens with your exam date, we are not billing you in advance for your classes and we can easily move you to the next class(es) that corresponds to your exam date. 
After you receive written notice of your exam date (this is your test admission letter) please contact our office to let us know that you do have your test date confirmed and at that time we will charge your credit card and send you a copy of the paid invoice that has all your class information by e-mail or fax and also by postal service. 

Accommodations for Classes (Hotel)
We hold this Cold Climate and Test Prep series at a hotel in Anchorage which also offers our students a discounted room rate if they would like to stay at the hotel the classes are held at.  The hotel is the Coast International Inn located at 3333 West International Road, in the winter for a Standard Room the cost is $59 / night and in the summer the rate for a standard room is $149 / night.  This is at a reduced rate for our clients and they can take advantage of this rate with a booking code of #1242.  When making reservations alert the clerk that you are with Wisdom & Associates and give them the booking umber #1242 and they will be able to give you the discounted room rate. Guarantee Pass Policy
Guaranteed Pass Policy: If you attend the full three days of Wisdom & Associates, Inc. Building Techniques for Cold Climates class and the Residential Endorsement Preparation class and you do not pass the Residential Endorsement exam given by Thompson Prometric within 10 days of completion of the classes, you have the option of attending the next scheduled Building Techniques for Cold Climates and/or the Residential Endorsement Preparation class that meets minimum attendance requirements free of charge until you receive a passing score on the residential endorsement exam. Continuing education credits for the Building Techniques for Cold Climates class can only be given at the initial class.  The exam offered by Thompson Prometric must be taken within 10 days of completion of this class for the guaranteed pass to be valid.  No monetary amount for the class, Thompson Prometric's test, travel expenses or similar costs can be refunded, reimbursed or credited upon passing or failing the exam.
