There are two reasons you may not have received your information.
The most common reason you do not receive any e-mail is because the registration was incomplete. An incomplete registration happens when you failed to fill out all the required information in the screen seen at left during the checkout process then the program will not release any information. Failure to enter your information will result in an incomplete registration and the link to the class will not be released, however your invoice will be. If this is the case you will need to contact us immediately by e-mail at classinfo@alaska..net or by calling us Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm Alaska Standard Time at 907-283-0629.
If you did fill out the required information in the screen above and you still did not receive e-mails, it is likely that your e-mail is too smart and identified the e-mail as possible junk e-mail. You can check your regular inbox for the e-mails from admin@wisdomandassociates.com but you will also want to check your junk e-mail box for the two e-mails.
