Courses Approved for Home Inspectors

Alaska Home Inspectors
Home Inspectors are required to obtain 16 hours or 16 CEUs of continuing education every 2 years.  This renewal period is the same for all inspectors, beginning June 30, 2006 and ending July 1, 2008.  This means if you have a Home Inspector license you will need to obtain your continuing education prior to July of  2008.  Please contact our office if you have questions about how many credits you will need or you can contact the state of Alaska Division of Occupational Licensing.
