Courses Approved for Residential Contractors

Alaska Residential Endorsement General Contractors
Residential Endorsement General Contractors are required to obtain 16 hours or 16 CEUs of continuing education every 2 years.  This renewal period is the same for all contractors, beginning January 1, 2007 and ending December 31, 2008.  This means if you have a Residential Endorsement you will need to obtain your continuing education prior to the end of this year.  There are only exceptions to this rule if you obtained your initial Residential Endorsement license during this period, please contact our office if you have questions about how many credits you will need or you can contact the state of Alaska Division of Occupational Licensing.
