NAHB's Business Management for Building Professionals

Course Description: This class is one of two classes required to obtain your Certified Green Professional Designation. This course is a basic business course in which business planning, choosing employees, training, performance tools for all levels of your organization and how to evaluate the success of your company are all covered.
