
2006 International Residential Code, Building Planning 2
This course is the second in a series of classes that are an introduction to the 2006 International Residential Code's building planning section. The building planning section of this code informs the student of basic requirements in general health and safety requirements for residential structures. In subsequent chapters the book covers specific requirements for foundations, floors, walls roofs, etc. This course addresses codes related to safety glass, garages and carports, egress, exits, foam plastics, flame and smoke index, insulation, dwelling unit separation and protection from decay.
