2006 International Residential Code, Part I
This class covers the building components of the 2006 International Residential Code, including; building planning, footings, foundations, floors, walls, roofs, chimneys, fireplaces, and engineered wood products. This class covers the most frequently asked questions about the code that we come across as code inspectors in the field. This class also covers important changes between the 2003 IRC and the 2006 IRC. This class is a good review of the code, for those who are learning it for the first time and those seasoned veterans who just need a review of the changes from the 2003 to the 2006 IRC. This class comes with a handy field guide that makes the code easier to follow.
