2003 International Residential Code, Footings & Foundations

Course Description: Learn the 2003 IRC requirements for footings and foundations in Alaska.  This class is helpful for those trying to decipher the many graphs and tables that go along with footings and foundations.  Soil types, sizing of footers, rebar schedules, ICF, concrete block, form. and other types of foundations are covered.  Also, shallow frost free foundations are covered.
