2003 International Residential Code, Part 2

Course Description : This long awaited course covers wind and seismic design as prescribed by the 2003 International Residential Code.  Also covered are the requirements of the SBCCI SSTD 10-99 for high wind zones found along Alaska's coastal communities.  Sheer wall placement, bracing, and other seismic and wind considerations for building in Alaska are covered in this class.
