2003 International Residential Code, Part I

Course Description: This class covers the building components of the 2003 International Residential Code including: building planning, footings, foundations, floors, walls, roofs, chimneys, fireplaces, and engineered wood products.  This class covers the most frequently asked questions about the code that we come across as ICBO inspectors in the field.  This class also covers important changes between the 2000 IRC and the 2003 IRC.  This class is a good review of the code, and comes with a handy field guide that makes the code easier to follow.
